Organized IT inventory, provided helpdesk support to multiple locations across the state of Louisiana. Collaborated with different departments of marketing and operations in order to ensure a stable work enviornment. Took over control of the website design, working with marketing to ensure the vision was captured and displayed appropriately online to the public.

Handle tickets on the daily basis for multiple clients, installed and supported switches, computers, cameras, and phone systems. A/V system installations and support for residential and commercial customers. Provided substantial improvements to the organization of the company building and the fleet of vehicles.

Learned full stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Starting with web design and moving into the functionality afterward.

Used C++ and Java to learn OOP and the basics of program development. Built programs with the intent of learning encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction.
